Dialysis Clinic, Inc. College Campus Recruiter in Nashville (Corporate Office), Tennessee

Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking an experienced College Campus Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources Team in Nashville, TN. This is an exciting new Corporate Talent Acquisition role that will work closely with our Human Resources Team, Nurse Management and Operational Leadership across the organization to develop an effective college/university recruiting program for DCI.

Reporting to the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, the Campus Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for establishing close relationships with key nursing schools in the areas we serve as well as other target colleges and universities with highly successful nursing school programs.

Responsibilities

The Campus Recruiter will develop an active and passive candidate pipeline of new Nursing talent for DCI by:

  • Meeting key contacts and faculty at target nursing schools, developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with each university or college

  • Leading presentations in the nursing school classroom to promote the benefits of specializing in the dialysis/nephrology field and joining us at DCI, the nation’s largest non-profit dialysis provider

  • Assist with developing a variety of tuition/scholarship/student loan assistance programs to offer nursing students who identify with DCI’s patient centered mission, vision and values

  • Hosting DCI sponsored open houses and job fairs for nursing students to tour our dialysis facilities and to interview directly with DCI leadership across the organization

  • Establishing strong relationships with local DCI Nurse Managers and Area Operations Directors across 28 states, working closely with those who want to participate in DCI’s campus recruiting events

  • Managing approximately 50 target open positions where Nursing Students and new Nursing Graduates can be interviewed, hired and developed by DCI

  • Providing functional recruiting support to the above business partners

  • Assisting in the development of DCI marketing collateral specific to campus recruiting for nurses, recommending various social media, radio, printed media and other advertising best practices

  • Researching and recommending new resources for our Campus Recruiting efforts on an ongoing basis

  • Measuring all campus recruiting strategies with Talent Acquisition Manager to determine the effectiveness of each initiative and their return on investment

Qualifications

When not traveling to college and university campuses, the position will be a remote arrangement working from home.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required

  • 3-5 years of relevant nursing school or healthcare college recruiting experience across multiple campuses is required

  • Previous experience in developing tuition/scholarship/student loan assistance programs and offerings preferred

  • 2-3 years of general recruiting experience in a corporate HR environment preferred

  • Strong planning and project management skills required

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred, knowledge of iCIMS is a plus

  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills strongly preferred

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Professional Certification (SHRMPC) a plus

  • Travel is required during peak campus recruiting season, must have the ability to travel to various college campuses for DCI’s recruiting events
