Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic Nurse Recruiter to join our Corporate Human Resources Team in Nashville, TN. This is an exciting new Talent Acquisition position that will work closely with our Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, Nursing Management Team and Operational Leadership across 250 plus dialysis clinics in 28 states.
The Dialysis Nurse Recruiter will primarily be responsible for successfully sourcing, screening and hiring top Nursing talent for DCI’s dialysis clinics and hospital services programs. The Nurse Recruiter will accomplish this by leveraging our existing recruiting strategies and resources while being encouraged to develop and deploy new, innovative sourcing techniques in the rapidly changing field of dialysis nursing.
This position will be a remote/virtual arrangement (work from home).
Successfully managing and sourcing for approximately 50 Dialysis Nursing positions, ranging from Staff In-Center and Hospital Services Nurses, to Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses and Nurse Educators that specialize in providing dialysis care
Other highly specialized and senior level nursing positions, such as Home Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Nurse positions, as well as Integrated Care Coordinators and Corporate Nurse Consultants will also be assigned to the Nurse Recruiter
Leveraging and expanding DCI’s current Talent Networks to locate high quality active and passive Nursing Candidates that fit our unique Mission, Vision and Values
Maintaining a high level of honesty and integrity throughout the recruiting life-cycle
Establishing close, trusting relationships with DCI Nurse Management and Area Operations Director leadership across 28 states
Providing full life cycle recruiting support and assistance to the above business partners on an ongoing basis
Researching and recommending new resources for locating both active and passive nurse candidates
Effectively using a wide range of social networking channels as well as internal/external candidate database searches to identify and source quality Nursing candidates
Measuring current recruiting strategies with Talent Acquisition Manager to determine the effectiveness of each initiative and their return on investment
A Bachelor’s Degree is required
3-4 years of relevant Dialysis Nurse recruiting experience across multiple regions and locations is required
Experience with full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate healthcare environment or a well-established staffing agency that specializes in Dialysis Nurse recruiting is required
Advanced Social Media and passive Candidate Database sourcing skills required
2-3 years of experience with applicant tracking systems required, knowledge of iCIMS is a plus
Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred
Certified HealthCare Recruiter (CHCR), Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Professional Certification (SHRMPC) a plus
Some travel may be required (10%-15%)
