Job Information

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. Project Manager in Nashville (Corporate Office), Tennessee

Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, leading and controlling key projects and strategic initiatives for Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) that span across one or more business units or departments. The Project Manager will assemble and coordinate the project team and ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will perform the following duties in support of DCI projects and initiatives:

  • Gathering and documenting requirements for each project

  • Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors

  • Assisting in the definition of project scope, objectives, and timeline involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Assigning and prioritizing project tasks

  • Setting milestones and deadlines for adherence to established project timeline

  • Developing solutions to project-related issues

  • Providing regular updates on project status to CSO and leadership team

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Identifying, preventing and managing project related risks

  • Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate problem solving and seeking appropriate approval from DCI leadership team

  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Communicating seamlessly and thoroughly with all internal and external stakeholders

  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to project charter, timeline, meeting minutes and action steps, and budget

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study is required

  • PMP certification (or similar) preferred

  • Proven work experience in project management, including planning and tracking projects

  • Proven work experience organizing teams of business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment

  • Budget and time management experience required

  • Excellent communication skills needed
