Overview
Founded in 1971, Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) remains the nation’s largest non-profit dialysis provider. With a team of approximately 5,000 talented and caring employees serving across the United States, DCI provides care to nearly 15,000 patients on dialysis and 3,500 patients with chronic kidney disease. We offer a variety of services including in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis (PD). Each position within DCI, from billers to administrators to nursing staff, contributes toward the goal of providing excellent patient care.
The Administrative Assistant I will be responsible for preparing laboratory reports for distribution, report dispersal, process kit requests for both transplant donors and recipients, scanning reports, providing phone support, and additional duties as assigned.
This position is per-diem, apx 20 hours/week. Shifts are 10am - 2pm, M-F.
Responsibilities
Process transplant recipient activations / inactivations
Process monthly kit requests via PathTec
Monitors “Kit Request” inbox
Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed
Scanning reports, worksheets, activations, inactivations
Provides laboratory phone support
Unpack supply shipments
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: No experience necessary / training provided
Licenses/Certifications: None
Must be detailed oriented
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
